Joint Venture
We have a strong network of accredited investors (retail and institutional), high net worth individuals, and family offices who we partner for our deals.
We also Co-GP with like minded sponsors on great opportunities, bringing our LP capital to the table to help fund the deal. Material participation is required for compliance, so we have to love the deal and get behind the underwriting and business plan.
Consulting
If you have a personal investment opportunity and would like us to consult you, we offer market analysis, underwriting, pitch deck creation, capital raising training, property management consulting, and other aspects of operating commercial assets. We charge on retainer or hourly based upon the needs of the client.
Brokerage
We provide commercial brokerage services in the state of Utah (Idaho coming soon).
